We believe Haitian cuisine needs representation. We hope to put Haiti back on the map and to give the community something to remember by incorporating foods they recognize, but that may be prepared in a different way. We want you to feel that no matter what your dietary restrictions are, you can still enjoy Caribbean excellence.
